NY-Boss Platinum Plan - $799
Client, otherwise known as owner/landlord agrees not to submit any property descriptions, photographs, financial, contact or other information contained in each property's listing data to NY-Boss.com unless the Client has all the necessary rights and authorizations from the photographer and/or copyright owner of any photographs and also to publish and advertise the property on the Client's website or on the NY-Boss website. NY-Boss.com may at its sole discretion remove any property listings that are in violation of this provision.

NY-Boss.com aka. NY Building Owners Subscription Service may require additional evidence of compliance with this provision from Clients who are alleged to have submitted Properties or other information in violation of this Agreement. NY-Boss.com will at its sole discretion terminate the accounts of and refuse service to any Client who repeatedly or knowingly violates this Agreement. Client agrees to maintain accurate contact information including a valid phone number and email address in order to submit and maintain active property listings on the NY-Boss website. The Client agrees to allow submitted Property listing(s), or any part therein, to be searched, displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise referred to by users of the Client's individual propery website and/or the NY-Boss.com website.

NY- Boss.com shall have the right to modify the property listing in the exercise of its rights under this agreement. The Client (a) represents and warrants that all Properties and associated information provided by the Client will be accurate; (b) agrees that the Client will not permit the posting of a property on NY-Boss.com under a name other than the named licensed real estate agents that have been engaged by the property owner to market the property under the terms of a duly executed exclusive listing agreement with the owner; (c) agrees to update the Properties provided by the Client and maintain the accuracy of the information provided at all times; (d) Client represents that he/she is the owner or legal representative of said property being listed and is fully authorized to submit Property, property photos and accompaning data to NY-Boss.com; (e) Client will notify NY-Boss.com via e mail or US postal service concerning any changes in authorization, ownership or ther regarding the listed property; (f) Client will provide NY-Boss.com all photos and data in a timely manner and if Client does not do so then NY-Boss.com is not liable for inaccuracies or delayed NY-Boss property listings or property website; (g) Client will remit property listing payment with signed agreement and forward same to NY-Boss corporate headquarters; (h) Client will notify NY-Boss via e mail That Client approves of listing(s) and/or property website

NY-Boss.com reserves the right to remove all or any part of the Properties posted on the Client's website or on the NY-Boss.com website and accepts no responsibility for checking the accuracy of reports, photos or data files submitted by the Customer. NY-Boss shall take all reasonable efforts for data backup & the Client will be solely responsible for retaining back-up copies of all information, photographs and other materials it provides to NY-Boss. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to provide photo(s) and accurate property data on a timely basis via e mail to NY-Boss.

NY Building Owners Subscription Service aka. NY-Boss.com Agrees To:


Clients shall pay Ny Building Owners Subscription Service aka. NY-Boss the fees and charges indicated in this subscription agreement. In the event of cancellation, the user agrees to pay costs incurred up to the time of cancellation, with a minimum charge of 50% of the original order.

Client agrees to pay NY Building Owners Subscription Service aka. NY-Boss $100 per hour for any changes to property listing and/or property website after Client has approved of listing(s) and/or property website via e mail or fax transmission.

Client further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold NY-Boss its parent, affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, judgments, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees) sustained, suffered, paid or incurred by NY-Boss, its agents, officers, directors, employees or affiliates as a result of the breach of any warranty, undertaking, representation or agreement made by Client in this Agreement, or arising out of any violation or law by Client or out of third party claims stemming from any act or omission by Client in connection with this Agreement. NY-Boss will give Client prompt notice of any claim or action alleging facts which, if true, would constitute a breach of any of Client’s obligations under this Agreement.
